Our GP’s do not consult over the phone and generally do not take phone calls unless it is an emergency.  Please direct the phone calls to the nurse or reception and they will help you with any queries. They will let the GP know of your enquiry and will contact you back with an answer.

Most enquiries are usually answered by reception. Most requests will be dealt with promptly depending on the urgency or within 24 hours. You will need to make an appointment for any repeat prescriptions. Referrals will not be done over the phone; an appointment with the GP will be required.
