You must see the Doctor for the results of any test results, they will not be given over the phone unless authorised by the Doctor. It is the responsibility of the patient to follow up on test results.
We will call you to make an appointment to discuss the results with the GP when all results are in. If we are unable to contact you by phone a letter will be sent to notify you that you need to make an appointment.
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative care: e.g. immunisation and Pap smear recalls. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let your Doctor or receptionist know.
